Step by step procedure to windows cleanup:
- The first step is to remove curtains or window blinds to get them out of the way. Remove all the items that are on the window sill.
- Next step is to use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dirt on the sill and in the track of window frames.
- Mix dishwasher soap and 4 cups of lukewarm water in a spray bottle and use the solution on the windows sill and let it be for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then take a dish rag and scrub it on the window sill until it is clean. With the help of a toothbrush, clean the corners of the sill. Do not scrub harder, as it might spoil the paint on it. Once everything is done, dry the window sill with paper towels.
- If there are any hard stains, mix a cup of rubbing alcohol with a cup of water and spray it on the hard stains. Scrub the stain with a scrubber and then wipe it dry. If there is any moisture left on the sill, use cotton pads to soak it up.
